ಸಿರಸಿ: ಉತ್ತರ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಸಿರಸಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ದಾಸನಕೊಪ್ಪದ ಕಾಳಂಗಿ ಸೊಸೈಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರಿ ಅವ್ಯವಹಾರ ನಡೆದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿ ಭಾರಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತರು ಸೊಸೈಟಿ ಎದರಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.

ರೈತರ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಲೂಟಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹಣ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ನೂರಾರು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಠೇವಣಿದಾರರು ಹಾಗೂ ರೈತರು ಬೃಹತ್ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿರುವುದು ಕಾಳಂಗಿ ವ್ಯವಸಾಯ ಸೇವಾ ಸಹಕಾರಿ ಸೊಸೈಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಎನ್ನುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಸೊಸೈಟಿಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ಠೇವಣಿದಾರರ ಕೋಟ್ಯಂತರ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ದುರುಪಯೋಗಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿ ಸೊಸೈಟಿ ಎದುರು ಜಮಾಯಿಸಿದ ರೈತರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು, ಭ್ರಷ್ಟರ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಮುಟ್ಟುಗೋಲು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮತ್ತು ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಸಹಕಾರ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ನಿಬಂಧಕರು ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟನೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನಾಕಾರರು ಪಟ್ಟು ಹಿಡಿದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕಾಳಂಗಿ ಸೇವಾ ಸಹಕಾರಿ ಸೊಸೈಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮದೇ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಇದ್ದಾಗಲೂ ಭಾರಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಹಣದ ಗೋಲ್ ಮಾಲ್ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ಸೊಸೈಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಿರುವ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಹೊಸ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಬಂದಾಗಿನಿಂದ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ದಾಸನಕೊಪ್ಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಕಾಳಂಗಿ ಸೊಸೈಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಆಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸೊಸೈಟಿಯ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, ಅಮಾನತ್ತು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಸೊಸೈಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ರೈತರ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಅವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ತಮಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಹಾಗೇ ಠರಾವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬೇಕಾಬಿಟ್ಟಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ರೈತರು ಸಾಲಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಇಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಬಂಗಾರ ಕೂಡ ಮಾಯ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತನಿಖೆ ಆಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ರೈತ ಮುಖಂಡರಾದ ಅಕ್ಷಯ್ ಜಕ್ಲಣ್ಣನವರ್, ಉಮೇಶ್ ಗೌಡ, ಶಂಭುಲಿಂಗ, ಉಮಾಕಾಂತ್ ಬೆಳ್ಳನಕೇರಿ, ಹಾಲಪ್ಪ ಜಕ್ಲಣ್ಣನವರ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ನೂರಾರು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತರ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.

ಕಾಳಂಗಿ ಸೊಸೈಟಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಸುತ್ತಲಿನ ರೈತರು, ಗ್ರಾಹಕರು ಸೊಸೈಟಿ ಕಚೇರಿ ಎದುರು ತೀವ್ರ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ಬನವಾಸಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿರಸಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಬಿಗಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಬಂದೋಬಸ್ತ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು.

Accusing the management board of the society of misusing crores of rupees of depositors, the farmers and the public gathered in front of the society and demanded that the assets of the corrupt be confiscated and an investigation be conducted. At this time, the protesters have insisted that the officials of the Cooperative Department should come to the spot and give a clarification.

Even when our own management board and staff were present, a huge amount of money was embezzled in the Kalangi Seva Sahakari Society. The corruption in the society should be investigated. There has been corruption since the new board of directors came. The vice-president of the society has made a statement that there has been mismanagement in the Kalangi Society in Dasanakoppa and has given a statement to the media that they have suspended it. The board of directors has completely mismanaged the farmers’ money in the society and is writing it down in the resolution as they want and is running the administration as they please. The gold that the farmers have deposited for loans has also disappeared. Hundreds of farmers, including farmer leaders Akshay Jaklannavar, Umesh Gowda, Shambhulinga, Umakant Bellanakeri, Halappa Jaklannavar, protested saying that there has been corruption on a large scale and that this should be investigated immediately.

Farmers and customers from around the Kalangi Society area staged a fierce protest in front of the society office. Banavasi and Sirsi police had made tight police arrangements.
