ಕಾರವಾರ: ಉತ್ತರ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಚುರುಕಿನಿಂದ ಸಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 12,30,037 ಮತದಾರರಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಎನ್ಯುಮರೇಷನ್ ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಾದ್ಯಂತ 7,68,545 ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಗಣಕೀಕರಣ ಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಚುನಾವಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಕೆ.ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿಪ್ರಿಯಾ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈವರೆಗಿನ ಮನೆ ಮನೆ ಭೇಟಿಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಳಾಂತರ, ಮರಣ ಹಾಗೂ ದ್ವಿಪ್ರತಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 14575 ಮತದಾರರನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ 2994 ಶಾಶ್ವತ ವಲಸೆ ಹಾಗೂ 10264 ಮರಣ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು, 1189 ದ್ವಿಪ್ರತಿಗಳು ಸೇರಿವೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Karwar: The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral rolls is progressing at a brisk pace in Uttara Kannada district. Of the total 1,230,037 voters in the district, enumeration forms have been distributed to every elector, and 768,545 forms have been digitised so far, according to District Election Officer and Deputy Commissioner K. Lakshmipriya.
During the ongoing door-to-door verification exercise, officials have identified a total of 14,575 voters under categories such as migration, death and duplicate entries. These include 2,994 permanently migrated voters, 10,264 deceased voters, and 1,189 duplicate entries, the Deputy Commissioner said in a statement.
